5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

BlackLabel Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Re-shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to address errors.
6. Tracking Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery and coordinate with the carrier if needed.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

BlackLabel Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by shipping carriers.

If a shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

Replacement or reprints are subject to carrier claim approval.
