BlackLabel Apparel is committed to delivering custom apparel orders accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing & Production Time

  • All orders are custom-made and enter production only after final artwork approval and payment are received.

  • Production timelines vary based on order size, complexity, and branding method (DTF transfers or embroidered patches).

  • Estimated production times will be provided at the time of quoting but are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reputable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method selection may depend on order size, destination, and requested delivery timeline.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your custom quote.

  • Any expedited or rush shipping requests may incur additional fees.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes begin after production is completed.

  • Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BlackLabel Apparel.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • BlackLabel Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping fees may apply if an order must be resent due to address errors.

6. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery and coordinate with the carrier if needed.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • BlackLabel Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by shipping carriers.

  • If a shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

  • Replacement or reprints are subject to carrier claim approval.

8. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered:

  • Customers will be notified when orders are ready.

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing.
