Welcome to BlackLabel Apparel (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

BlackLabel Apparel provides custom apparel services, including but not limited to:

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfer printing

  • Embroidered logo patches

  • Application of transfers and patches to garments

All services are produced based on customer-provided designs, specifications, and approvals.

2. Quotes & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are not confirmed until written approval and payment (or deposit) are received.

  • Any changes after approval may result in additional charges or extended timelines.

3. Artwork & Design Approval

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork files.

  • Proofs are provided when applicable. Approval confirms acceptance of size, placement, color, and layout.

  • BlackLabel Apparel is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Production timelines are estimates and begin after approval and payment.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by supply issues, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.

5. Color & Material Variations

  • Slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur due to fabric type, garment color, and production methods.

  • These variations are industry-standard and not considered defects.

6. Customer-Supplied Garments

If customers supply their own garments:

  • BlackLabel Apparel is not responsible for defects, damage, or misprints due to garment quality.

  • Replacement of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed.

​

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed on our website or invoices.

  • Late payments may delay production or delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Customers confirm they own or have permission to use submitted artwork and logos.

  • BlackLabel Apparel is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided designs.

​

9. Limitation of Liability

BlackLabel Apparel’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BlackLabel Apparel operates.
