Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.

1. Custom Orders

• All apparel is produced specifically for each customer using approved designs.

• Refunds or returns are not accepted for custom items unless there is a verified production error.

2. Production Errors

If BlackLabel Apparel makes an error (wrong design, incorrect placement, or incorrect quantity):

• We will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost.

• Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

3. What Is Not Considered a Defect

• Minor color variations

• Fabric texture differences

• Slight placement variations

• Wear due to improper washing or care

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before production begins may be refunded minus any setup or design fees.

• Orders canceled after production has started are not refundable.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Shipping claims must be filed with the carrier.
